I skipped last week’s weigh in because I didn’t have a computer and couldn’t post it. I hope you all didn’t think I was done with my weigh ins because here comes a new one! So far, I’m pretty happy with my results. It’s time for me to bump up my physical fitness. I’ve been doing 30 minutes of exercise a day and now I believe I’m ready for 45 minutes of exercise.
I’ll also be posting a picture soon, probably in the next week or so.
Here are my results:
Weight – 165 – I lost 2 pounds since my last weigh in, 18 pounds in all!
Waist - 30 inches – I lost 1 inch since my last weight in, 8 inches in all!
Hips - 40 inches – I lost 1 inch since my last weight in, 6 inches in all!
Butt - 44 inches – No change since last measurements, 2.5 in all!
Thigh – 24 inches – No change since last measurements, 1 in all!
Arm – 12 inches – No change
So far I’ve lost 18 pounds and 17.5 inches! I’m very happy with how my weight loss is going. I have to thank Body by Vi and my exercise routine for my results. Please read What is Body by Vi for more information.
