It’s the end of my first month and I’m very happy with my results this far on the Body by Vi 90 Day Challenge! I’ve had 2 Body by Vi shakes a day, one for breakfast and one for lunch and a sensible meal and sensible snacks. I’ve been doing my Michael Jackson dancing on the Kinect for exercise as well as some strength training exercises. I exercise at least 30 minutes each day in the morning. Here are my results for this week and the month:
Weight – 169 – I lost 1 pounds since my last weigh in, 14 pounds in all!
Waist - 31 inches – I lost 1 inch since last measurements, 7 inches in all!
Hips - 41 inches – I lost 2 inches since last measurements, 5 inches in all!
Butt - 44 inches – I lost 1/2 inch since last measurements, 2.5 in all!
Thigh – 24 inches – I lost 1 inch since last measurements, 1 in all!
Arm – 12 inches – No change
In 4 weeks, I’ve lost 14 pounds and 15.5 inches! Here are my starting pictures compared to my pictures I took today so you can see the difference:
