Ruth’s Week 1: Before Pics and Exercise Plan

Hello everyone! I’m Ruth and I’m a new blogger here on with Megan.  You can read more about me and follow along on my weight loss journey as well.

Well, today is my official start date. Every Tuesday I will be updating you on my weight loss progress.  I will be drinking 2 Body by Vi shakes (one for breakfast and one for lunch) and a dinner consisting of a vegetarian diet.  My exercise plan consists of walking for about an hour every night and dancing or Zumba 3 days a week.

My stats for this week are:

  • Weight: 136.8 pounds
  • Bust: 37 inches
  • Arms: 11 inches
  • Waist: 35 inches
  • Hips: 38.5 inches
  • Butt: 39 inches
  • Thighs: 20.5 inches

      I know the feeling! I have really been enjoying the walks. It’s turned into a great evening activity for me and my son.
