So, how am I going to lose this weight like the website name suggests? I have a plan and having a plan is one of the most important steps in a weight loss journey.
I am going on the Body by Vi 90 day challenge. I have friends who have lost a substantial amount of weight on the Body by Vi 90 day challenge and most importantly, they feel great. When I lost 130 pounds, I did meal replacement so I know it works. Once I tasted the Body by Vi shake, I was hooked. There are so many recipes and I’ll be posting some soon so check back! I picked the transformation kit so I will be replacing 2 meals a day with a shake.
My exercise plan is going to be simple and fun. I plan to dance with the kinect 3 days a week for at least 30 minutes a day. The time will slowly increase as I build up more endurance. I also plan to do strength training 2 days a week, increasing to 3 days after my first month. I will work one muscle group a day (arms, legs, abs, etc).
