I’ve been on the Body by Vi Challenge for 2 months now and I’ve lost 18 pounds. I am on the Transformation Kit and consume 2 shakes a day, one for breakfast and one for lunch. I eat a sensible meal of lean meat, veggies, fruit and whole grains for dinner. During the day, I snack on raw veggies, low calorie snack packs, popcorn, fruit and nuts. I exercise for about 30 minutes a day by dancing and doing strength training. So for me, body by vi does work!
Is Body by Vi a lifestyle change? It most certainly is. You are learning how to eat healthier foods and live a more active lifestyle while consuming the shakes. After you reach your goal weight, you will substitute one meal a day with a Body by Vi shake to maintain your weight. I recommend having one for breakfast since the shakes are so full of vitamins and nutrients, it will jump start your day.
